Steps to order your personalized digital drawing
Ordering your digital drawing is quite easy and not very complicated.
The first thing you have to keep in mind is that you must have a photo that meets certain criteria:
- Don't let it look blurry: try to make sure the photo isn't a screenshot or has blurry parts (especially if it's of faces)
- Try to make it clear: have good lighting and make sure your facial features are clear.
- Avoid dark photos: photos in which the people you draw cannot be seen well.
If you have any questions about the image you're going to use, please contact us so we can advise you.
If your photos don't meet the requirements, we'll contact you via WhatsApp so you can provide us with more photos.
Remember that you can upload different photos so we can see different perspectives of the same person and get the best results.
Once you've chosen your photo, it'll be time for you to tell us all the specifications for your drawing: how many people you want us to draw, the background color of the image, if you want to touch up anything about any person, remove/add any objects... Remember, it's 100% personalized, so we can make it 100% to your liking.
In this step, you can also choose the printed version of your drawing. If you prefer something you can touch and hang on the wall at home, just check out the different options we have.
Once you've done all of the above, it's time to complete your order by making the payment.
Once we receive payment, our artists will get to work and send you your drawing in digital format within 24 to 48 hours, depending on our workload.
