Ordering your portrait is very simple, here we explain how.

The first thing you should know is that you need quality photos. If your photos don't have the necessary quality, unfortunately, it won't be possible to achieve a good result.

Make sure your photos don't look dark or blurry, especially with facial features.

Once you have your photos (you can upload several to have more references of the same person) it will be time to specify the details of the drawing:

How many people are in the photo? Are there any pets? How would you like us to draw the background—a flat color or just draw the background of the image? Do you have any specific instructions for the artist? Do you want to add a quote, name, or date?

You should specify all of these details on the product page. The more specific you are, the better the final result will be.

Once you have all this ready, simply complete the order and we'll get to work.

Delivery times

The delivery time for a family portrait depends on two factors: the type of printing and the time of year.

It depends on whether you choose the digital version, designed for self-printing, or the physical version, already printed in some format such as a print, painting, or canvas.

You will receive your drawing in digital format within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order.

You'll also receive a digital version of the drawing if you've ordered a printed version so you can check the result and decide if you like it.

Once you confirm that you like the result of the drawing, it's time to send it to print. This part normally takes between 1 to 3 business days from the time you give the "ok."

If it's during special dates like Christmas or Valentine's Day, we may experience some issues with digital formats, but you'll always receive your drawing in time for gift-giving.
